Where we stand

Child sexual abuse and exploitation has zero tolerance here. Not a strike, not a warning — removal, and a report onward where the law requires it.

There is no version of this policy with an exception in it, and nothing else on this site overrides it.

The age requirement

This is an 18+ service. Everyone confirms they are 18 or older before entering the matching product, and that confirmation is a statement you are making, not a box we tick for you.

Being straight about the limit: it is a declaration, not document verification. It sets the terms and it is what enforcement rests on — it does not physically stop someone determined to lie. Why we made that trade is written out on the 18+ page, including what the alternative would cost.

Reporting a minor

If you believe the person you matched with is under 18, use the report button on the call. It takes one tap and you do not need to explain yourself first.

You can also write to [email protected]. Put something like “child safety” in the subject line so it is obvious before anyone opens it.

Do not save, screenshot or forward any imagery to make your case. Tell us what you saw and when. Handling the evidence is our problem, not yours, and keeping copies creates a second problem.

What we do about it

• Reports involving a minor go to the front of the queue. They do not wait behind everything else.
• The account is removed from the service.
• Where the law requires a report to the relevant authority, we make it.
• We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

For parents

If you are here because of something you found on a family device: this site is not for anyone under 18, and it should not be reachable by them. Operating system parental controls and network-level filtering are more reliable than anything a website can enforce from its own side, and they work across every site rather than one.
