This is an 18+ service. You confirm your age once before entering the matching product, and by doing so you state that you are at least 18 and that adult services are legal where you are.
A false statement there is a breach of these terms. It is also the one breach where we would rather lose the user than keep them.
What the service is
CamgoCam matches you with one other person at random for a live video conversation in a two-person room. It is not a broadcast platform, not a cam show, and not a dating profile.
You can end any match at any moment without giving a reason, and so can the person you matched with. That symmetry is the product.
What you may not do
- Nudity and sexually explicit conduct on camera. This is an adult-audience service, not an explicit one, and that line does not move.
- Appear on camera if you are under 18, or involve anyone under 18 in any way.
- Record, screen-capture or re-publish any part of a call.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or push someone to do something they declined.
- Use the service commercially — advertising, soliciting, or driving people somewhere else.
- Automate it. No bots, no scripts, no pre-recorded video played as a live camera.
- Break the law with it.
How rules get enforced
Moderation runs around the clock, and reports reach a person who reviews them the same day. Depending on what happened, the result is a warning, removal from the service, or a report onward where the law requires it.
We can end access without notice where the breach is serious. For anything less clear-cut, write to us — a human reads it.
Anything you pay for
Starting is free and no card is needed to look around. If optional paid extras appear, they are labelled as optional at the point you would pay, with the price shown before you commit. Nothing is charged silently and nothing renews behind a free trial.
Digital items are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where the law where you live says otherwise — in which case the law wins.
What we do not promise
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that any particular match will happen, or that everybody will behave. No open random chat can honestly promise that last one.
What we do promise is narrower and more useful: the room holds two people, leaving is always free, and there is a person on the other end of the report button.
Law
Adult services are not legal everywhere, and access rules differ by country. Working out what applies where you are is your responsibility, and using the service from somewhere it is prohibited is a breach of these terms.
Changes
These terms change when the product changes, and the date at the top moves with them. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated version.
