One address, read by a person. Here is what to send and what gets looked at first.

How to reach us

Email [email protected]. That is the whole list — there is no phone line, no ticket portal and no chat widget, because a single address that a person actually reads beats three that nobody watches.

We do not publish a response-time promise, because we would rather not make one we cannot keep on a bad week. Reports involving safety are the exception and they are covered below.

The things that jump the queue

  • Anything involving someone under 18. Straight to the front. See child safety.
  • Threats, or someone being pressured after saying no.
  • Someone recording or re-publishing a call.

If it happened during a match, use the report button on the call as well as writing — the in-product report carries context an email cannot, and it reaches a person the same day.

What makes an answer faster

There is no account here, which means we usually have very little to look you up by. Two lines of context save a round trip:

  • Roughly when it happened, and your timezone.
  • What you were doing — reading a page, mid-match, at the point of paying.
  • What you expected instead of what happened.

Please do not attach screenshots of anything explicit or anything involving a minor. Describe it. Handling the material is our problem, and forwarding copies creates a second one.

Things handled elsewhere

Anything on this page you want to ask about reaches a person at [email protected].
